These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AutoFast platform, services, and messaging features.

AutoFast provides a fully managed software platform for automotive dealerships, including a customer-facing website and an administrative backoffice system. By accessing or using AutoFast, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
SMS Disclosure
By opting in to AutoFast SMS services, you agree to receive text messages related to account notifications, platform updates, authentication (including two-factor authentication), marketing communications, and other service-related messages.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s terms.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@autofast.io.
Messaging Consent
You must explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from AutoFast. Consent may be provided through website forms, checkout flows, or other direct interactions with AutoFast.
Message Types & Frequency
Messages may include alerts, reminders, operational updates, promotional communications, and other service-related information. Message frequency depends on account activity and user preferences.
Message Delivery
AutoFast does not guarantee uninterrupted or timely delivery of SMS messages. Delivery may be affected by carrier limitations, network conditions, or device compatibility.
User Obligations
You agree to use the AutoFast platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the platform or messaging services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Subscription & Pricing
AutoFast is offered as a single subscription plan priced at $297 per month.
This subscription includes access to the complete AutoFast platform, including:
- Customer-facing dealership website
- Admin backoffice and management system
- Inventory and vehicle management
- Lead capture and customer management tools
- Platform hosting, updates, and ongoing support
Billing & Auto-Renewal
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew unless canceled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Usage-Based Charges
Additional usage-based charges may apply for services such as phone numbers, SMS and MMS messaging, voice calls, or related telecommunications features. These charges are billed separately based on actual usage.
No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. AutoFast services are configured and initiated immediately upon subscription.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks for services rendered are not permitted. AutoFast reserves the right to provide evidence of service delivery, platform access, and usage in response to any disputes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time.
Service Fulfillment
Services are considered fulfilled once the dealership website and admin platform are delivered and access is provided.
Changes to These Terms
AutoFast reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page or communicated when appropriate.
